Talking about yesterday, 13/7

Had my napha.. Run half way through, I wanted to vomit 2 times..

Then my right hand side, above the stomach was hurting..

Then I had difficulty breathing..

But I don't care I just ran..

when I reach the ending point.. I collaspe onto the ground.. My head was too hurting..

Then I close my eyes and open again.. The image was blurred and I felt dizzy..

Ten I stood up to walk, I was like a drunken girl, walking in a s shape..

Reach school, I collaspe on the chair. With my head down and eyes closed..

Mr nazri came asked me whether I am alright. Cared for me.. Asked me to drink water, lean back, don't close my eyes..

Asked me whether I wan to go home..

Later on, Mr nazri saw that I am better, he left.. Juan hui came.. Cared for me too.. \

Karen was there fanning me.. My legs were shaking vigourously... Karen saw too..

Then russell came. Cared for me too.. He bought for me something to eat.. Helped me carry my bag, escort me to english lesson..
