Another late day

I woke up very late today. Had flu again. I just read the magazine. It says that drinking tea can helps to cut weight. And jogging for about 20-50minutes, at least 5-6 times once a week can help reduce weight and slim down the leg. Playing basketball for 3-5days per week and every session up to 30-1hr can help to slim down your whole body. Cycling can help slim down big thighs. Robert walker is really a good author. I recommend his book, absolute instinct. It is such a great story. Go borrow it from the regional library and u will not regret borrowing it. If u like detective stories with a spice of romance, then the book nancy drew will interest you. I want a job at sakae, or wasabi restuarant, or jack's place. Have to be F&B outlet. But don't know whether they want to hire me a not. Off to play ghost online lo.
